• Database version 1.0 for baseline data and a comprehensive codebook were prepared and distributed to all the projects in the January 2002 workgroup meeting.
• All programs completed a program profile form that describes program characteristics such as structure, service delivery, capacity, target population, change. This profile package will assist each project with interpretation of findings.
• CMHA-Ontario/CC will start distributing the CMHEI newsletter through e-mail four times a year. E-mail alert system will be created to let people know about breaking news and additions to the website.
• A whole day workshop in March 2002 will help individual projects identify key messages emerging from their research, discuss dissemination plans and review skills/approaches to implement plans. Priority target groups for dissemination are the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care - Rehabilitation Reform Branch, and the provincial mental health implementation task forces.
• The process paper "Considering a Multisite Study? Taking the Leap and what to Look for Before You do" will be published in the Journal of Community Psychology, 30, 1, 1-15 (2002). The first core baseline paper "How do Program Type Differ in Whom They Serve" is under preparation.
